Shipping Locations
All of our embroidery products are custom-made in Toronto, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Processing and Dispatch
Since our embroidery products are custom-made, the typical production time is 3–7 business days. During production, we may contact you to confirm details to ensure the best possible result.
If there is a delay in your response, production and shipping times may be extended.
Shipping Costs
- Flat shipping fee: $8 CAD / USD
- Free shipping: for orders of $129 CAD / USD or more
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary by location. The times listed below are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control (handled by Canadian or US carriers).
Canada:
- Ontario/Quebec: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch
United States:
- Eastern US: Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Western US: Estimated 4–10 business days after dispatch
Order Tracking & Shipping Updates
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package. You will receive shipping updates via email.
