**Damaged Items** 
We photograph each completed custom product before shipping and send the photos to our customers. We guarantee that every product we ship has been carefully checked multiple times and is complete.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or customs, please provide photos as soon as possible. As nearly all our products are custom-made, which means they are unique and cannot be resold, we only offer replacement via return and reshipment.
