How long does it take to make and ship?
Production takes 3-7 days. Shipping within Canada and to the US takes 3-10 business days (may be longer during holidays).
What kind of photo should I provide?
Please provide a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting that shows your pet's fur colors and details. Not sure if your photo works? Contact us and we'll help you choose the best one!
Do you offer FREE gift wrapping and cards?
Yes! We provide free gift wrapping and a card. We can handwrite your message or include a blank card. Just add your message at checkout
Can I add my pet's name or a design?
Yes! We can add names and small icons (stars, hearts, moons, etc.). Just note it in your order.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes! We'll send you photos of the test embroidery for approval before completing your order. You can request adjustments to make it perfect.
How many revisions are included?
Up to three revisions. We recommend sharing all your feedback at once when you receive the test photos so we can perfect it for you!
Can you embroider multiple pets on one item?
Yes! Multiple pets require a larger design area and additional time, with an extra fee. Contact us with clear photos of each pet and we'll create something beautiful.
Is the embroidery handmade?
We use professional embroidery machines for precision and durability. Each design is hand-drawn by our skilled designers, crafted from your photo. Every piece is 100% custom and one-of-a-kind.
Can I reorder the same design? Is there a discount?
Absolutely! We keep all design files on record. Contact us at info@pawsnap.ca for a special reorder discount code.
Can I order for a pet that has passed away?
Yes. We understand how special your pets are. Many customers create embroidery to honor and remember their beloved companions. We're here to help you keep them close to your heart.
What types of pets can you embroider?
Dogs, cats, birds, and more! Unsure if your pet is suitable? Send a photo to info@pawsnap.ca and we'll respond promptly.
Will my design be used by others?
No. We keep all design files strictly confidential to ensure your piece is uniquely yours.

Shipping & Payment
Where are your products made and where do you ship?
All products are designed and made in Toronto, Canada. We ship to Canada and the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 2–5 business days. USA: 4–10 business days. Times may vary based on local carrier conditions.
What if shipping is delayed?
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll monitor your tracking and assist if needed. Thank you for your patience!
Can I pay for faster shipping?
We don't typically recommend it. Express shipping can cost significantly more (e.g., $40 vs. $10) but only saves about one day. However, if you have a strict deadline, contact us and we can arrange faster options.
What if I submitted incorrect information (pet name, address, etc.)?
Contact us immediately at info@pawsnap.ca and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Returns / Refunds
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, with conditions based on production stage:
- Before design starts: Full refund
- Design in progress or completed: 50% design fee applies
- After embroidery is finished: No refunds (custom-made product)

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to the custom nature of our products. However, if there's a quality issue or shipping damage, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it. We confirm all details with you before shipping to ensure accuracy.
Can I change the photo after ordering?
We begin designing within one day of receiving your order. Contact us immediately if you need to change the photo. Once design has started or is completed, photos cannot be changed.
